The name of the High Montain Mezzano Trentino results from the pasture on high mountain altitude, exclusively in Fiemme’s Valley.
It is a cheese made with raw milk and compact texture, following the past recipe of our cheese in Trentino. Excellent as a cheese for meals, on longer seasonings it is also well suited to be grated, giving pleasure and delicacy to typical dishes. Tasty and slightly salty, it is ideal for appetizers.
