The Trentingrana is a cheese D.O.P. with a long time of seasoning, derived from dry hay feed without use of preservatives. This is a product from mountain checked at every stage of processing, from the production of forage and milk to the processing and marketing of the final product. The typical sweetness of this cheese results by an higher amount of cream left in the milk during the processing stage. Everybody need to eat Trentingrana, especially the youth and the elderly, because it’s rich of calcium.
This is a half-fat cheese with a grainy and crumbly texture and stands out for the special fragrance, the aroma, the perfect balance between sweet and salty.
